Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Atlas (“Atlas”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Atlas website and the inquiry and advisory services offered through it. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Atlas offers curated information about luxury hotels and resorts, cruises, dining, experiences, private villas, first-class flight products, journeys, and private travel, together with an inquiry and advisory service. Sending an inquiry is free. No payment is taken on the website: there is no cart and no checkout, and we do not store card numbers. An inquiry is a request for help, not a reservation. Flight products are shown for information.

Any booking is a contract between you and the property or supplier that provides the stay, voyage, meal, or service, on that property’s or supplier’s own terms. Before you commit, your advisor confirms with you the availability, the final price, taxes and fees, and the cancellation and payment terms that apply. Atlas does not provide the travel services itself and is not a party to that contract unless we expressly tell you otherwise in writing.

Descriptions, distinctions, General Manager profiles, and other content are editorial. They are prepared with care from the sources described on How We Select, but details can change and may occasionally be incomplete or out of date. Prices shown as “From … per night” are indicative guidance, not offers or quotes. Nothing shown is confirmed until your advisor confirms it with you. Atlas Privileges are shown only where Atlas holds a verified affiliation with the property.

An account needs your email address, a password, and a display name. Please keep your details accurate and your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used to misuse the service. You may ask us to close your account at any time.

Please use Atlas lawfully and considerately. You must not send false or misleading inquiries or impersonate anyone; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data by automated means without our permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the website or its systems; or reproduce or resell content from the website for commercial purposes.

If you opt in to a dedicated advisor and no human advisor has capacity, you may be assigned the Atlas AI Concierge. It is clearly labelled as AI and is not a person. Its suggestions are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a confirmation of availability, price, or terms. You can request a human advisor at any time, and our staff review every inquiry, including those routed to the AI.

Names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and descriptions of properties, suppliers, and publications belong to their respective owners. References to editorial distinctions, such as MICHELIN Keys or Condé Nast Traveler recognition, identify those distinctions and do not imply that their owners endorse Atlas. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

The Atlas website, its design, and its curation are owned by Atlas or its licensors. You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its information are provided “as is”, and Atlas is not responsible for the acts or omissions of properties or suppliers, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any right you have, that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the website after an update, the updated terms apply.
